Here is what has happened.
- The new Microsoft SQL 2005 certifications were announced.
- The first SQL 2005 Exam Prep Guide was released (Exam 70-431)
- Not new, but worth noting, is that much of the training for Exam 70-431 can be found for free at Microsoft Learning.
- Of course the biggest news, by far, is SQL Server 2005 is now in RTM status and available for download to MSDN subscribers.
This is all very exciting indeed. However, there is lots of work ahead to turn Microsoft’s achievements into value for our customers.
